  • Empanada. Pressed fresh corn masa to get a tortilla, filling it, sealing the edges and then fried. Topped with lettuce, sour cream, cheese and tomato.

  • Sope. Same like tostadas, but the big difference is served in a handmade thick tortilla with a pinched rim.
  • Picada. Thick corn tortillas (Handmade) with a pinched rim. The biggest difference between sopes and picaditas is that sopes are typically shallow-fried before filling, and “picadas” are usually finished off on a comal or grill. Topped with your choice of salsa, chopped onion and crumbled cheese.
